First of all, I came in yesterday after work and didn't quite have time to get my car serviced... but they went above and beyond and offered to fill up my oil for the long 2-Hour drive home I had ahead of me so that my car didn't pay the price. I so appreciated this, as they didn't charge me for that.

When I went in today, I dropped my car off and within less than thirty minutes they called me to let me know the good news that it was a faulty oil filter causing the issue... After some clean up and an oil change, my car was ready to go.

Mike gave me a price, and then marked it down for me - As I do not have a lot of extra funds, this was more than helpful! ~

I dealt with one of owners through the entire sales process. Got a great deal on a used 2011 Jetta. During the purchase I noticed a few minor paint chips in the bumper. I left after purchasing the car and when I came back to pick it up he had taken it upon himself to touch up the paint for free. He said if the paint dries and doesn't look right to bring it back. "I'll replace the whole bumper if I have to" he said. It dried just fine and looks good. Great service, I'll definitely check out their inventory next time I need a used car.
